Rainy tennis

So I went and had 4, maybe 5 mimosas (very sad about the beloved car) and brunch with Mark and Jason stopped by and had brunch with us. I figure he needs good friends (he's such a hermit). Then we, Jason and I, went and played tennis in the soggy drizzle with the tennis league. It was fun. I'm getting better and better, but still nowhere near as good as I want to be to be able to play with the league. Buzzing and playing tennis really helped me focus on the ball. I played very well. The guys were very encouraging.

I'm texting with Nye guy back and forth. Nothing really interesting. Just keeping the connection alive. Now I think I'm going to read a racy romance novel and take a nap.
