So I kinda got myself in a pickle. I went and bought swordfish steaks for Alex and we talked about grilling them and impulsive me came up with the bright idea to grill them at his house on Saturday. And then later I realized Saturday was NYE. So... Alex likes raves and trance and all that, so I talked to him about going to Ruby Skye or Sea of Dreams, etc. But since it was a few days to NYE, all the general admin tickets were sold out and only VIP tickets are left generally. They're $150+ usually. He balked at paying that much. He said he'd look around for something cheaper.
Well now it's Friday and he hasn't mentioned anything. Which makes me a bit antsy. ARE we going to do something? Or is he expecting to have a quiet night in after dinner? God I hope not. Cause then I'd wanna leave. I know my mind will be w Pears and my other friends who are out dancing. It's NYE! It's not a night for quiet! It would be very rude to ditch him or blow him off. But I know I'd have a hard time staying in.
